Dr. Linden is the best! I've been going to her since 1999. She has helped me sooo much with severe pain. I had massive migraines. I couldn't turn my neck or lift my arm. She cured me of that. Pain Management
My history with Dr. Janet Linden goes back to 2003. As you will note below, she is truly a blessing and a miracle worker.
In 2003, I sustained a back injury at work. Because of the pain, I was prescribed so many medications that I couldn’t even function (drive, work etc.). I was referred to Dr. Linden by my primary care physician. With Dr. Linden’s acupuncture and Chinese herbs I was able to stop taking ALL the synthetic medications, and was able to function normally.
In 2011, I was in a severe roll over car accident that according to emergency and insurance personnel I should not have survived. I had severe neck, shoulder and back pain. I did not want to take any narcotic pain medication because I knew what happened to me the last time in 2003. My auto insurance sent me to a chiropractor, massage therapist and physical therapy. But again the pain would not alleviate. So, I decided I needed to see Dr. Linden and with Dr. Linden’s acupuncture and herbs I was, once again, able to function normally.
In 2014, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After my surgery, radiation and physical therapy I unfortunately developed lymphedema on my right arm and hand. I was sent to physical therapy for compression therapy and was given compression garments that only made the lymphedema worse. Once again, my “angel”, Dr. Linden came to my rescue. Since seeing her I am able to do one of my beloved crafts, crocheting, that I hadn’t been able to do because of the pain and throbbing in my arm and hand.
I will continue to see Dr. Linden on a monthly or as needed basis to alleviate any symptoms that flair up from my lymphedema, neck, shoulder and back issues. I do not take any synthetic drugs for pain. I am being healed naturally with acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Dr. Linden listens patiently and attentively to any issues I may have and that is how she bases her treatments. Dr. Linden has been such a blessing to me in more ways than one. She is such an amazing, patient and caring person. I would highly recommend her to others (and I do whenever I can) because she truly is a miracle worker!

Cupping and Back Pain If you have never heard of "cupping" and you have back pain, then you must give cupping a try. After many years of back and leg pain, and trying just about every option available for pain, I decoded to try cupping. After the first treatment my pain was almost completely gone. Back Pain
It is with great pleasure that I offer the following letter of recommendation for Dr. Janet Linden. I had visited several Urgent Care doctors in reference to my lower back pain to no avail. My massage therapist recommended I try acupuncture. With a great deal of reluctance on my part I conducted research on a few acupuncturists as I am terrified of needles and really didn't believe it would help. I contacted Dr. Linden via email explaining my lower back symptoms and within an hour she called me. I noticed right away her soothing calm voice and her astute professionalism and made an appointment.
After the initial consultation, she began the treatment, reassuring me throughout that I would not need to worry about the needles and within 5 minutes she found the spot. Because of Dr. Linden's advanced toolkit of knowledge, skills and abilities in her profession is so well developed, she quickly became my first choice to assist me. For example, in the first treatment after finding the spot in my quadratis lumborum she used electroacupuncture and thermal heat and it immediately brought relief to the region.
Dr. Linden's tenacity, willingness, enthusiasm and positive attitude have led to several positive treatments. In fact, because of Dr. Linden's willingness to ensure I am always comfortable and the treatments are helping, it drove me to write this letter of recommendation. If anyone has reluctance in trying these treatments, I can personally attest I was resistant in the beginning, but it has been one of the best things I have done for myself. Thank you Dr. Linden.

Electro Acupuncture for Back Pain
I had severe lower back pain and prior to finding Dr. Linden, I had seen a chiropractor and also tried epidural steroid injections along with Prolotherapy - which is a very painful procedure and was not successful in giving me any relief.
A friend referred me to Dr. Linden and after a couple of treatments I began to have relief from the pain. I continued to have electroacupuncture once a week for a month and then as I felt better I went every two weeks. In a short time I was pain free.
I am very grateful to Dr. Linden because of her great ability to listen and knowing just what to do. Because of her knowledge I no longer have any back pain. Now I come in once a month for facial acupuncture, which is an awesome treat and very relaxing! -C. Duenez, Rio Rancho, NM.
Endometriosis
I had gone to a couple of different acupuncturists trying to see if anyone could help with my endometriosis before I found Janet Linden. I have now been seeing Janet for almost 6 years and I absolutely love her! I came to her with horrible chronic pain and within 6 months I went from being in pain everyday to having pain maybe 3 days out of the month. She literally gave me my life back.
Not only is Janet a great doctor but a wonderful listener and healer. She knows just what to do to help you walk out of her office feeling better. Be that just listening to you, using needles, essential oils, cups, tuning forks, lasers, etc. Janet is a truly wonderful doctor!

Valley Fever
I contracted Valley Fever in Arizona a little over 7 years ago. The doctor who treated me told me I would never be able to get rid of it. He said it would lay dorment sometimes but whenever I got ill it would surface. I was disappointed that over the years that seemed to be true. I had a nagging cough and discomfort in my lungs that never really went away. Several months ago, Dr. Janet Linden was recommended to me for treatment. I saw her three times in one week and was taking Chinese medicine she prescribed. I was amazed how much better I felt. For the first time in seven years, I am free of the cough and my lungs feel completely better. My energy level is back to normal and when i recently got a cold, the VF symptoms did not return. I continue to see Dr. Linden on a monthly basis to assure my optimum health and believe she has indeed helped rid me of Valley Fever for good. Dr. Linden is an amazing and skilled acupuncturist that I highly recommend.

Foot Pain
I came to Dr. Linden out of desperation. I had been treated by a podiatrist for a neuroma for the past two years. The pain persisted to the point that the podiatrist told me the only recourse left was surgery. Of course there were no guarantees, and as a serious runner I was really frustrated, feeling that I would have to give up running. I decide to try acupuncture and luckily found Dr. Linden. I called her and was greeted with very positive and certainly welcome news that she had been quite successful in treating my particular problem with acupuncture. I have become a firm believer in acupuncture thanks to the relief I found after a few treatments. Dr. Linden has since treated me for other foot related problems and I have been able to resume my regimen of running. Back Pain
This is a brief narrative about the treatment I have tried for my back pain. For over two years I have tried physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic treatments, MRI's and steroid shots. I had spent thousands of dollars with no relief. As a last resort I tried acupuncture with Dr. Linden. At last I have found relief for my back pain. I am able to move and walk without pain. As an extra bonus it has been able to control my diabetes which had been out of control.

Vertigo
I have been diagnosed with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. It is an incapacitating condition where I feel like the world is spinning around me whenever I lie down and I also get very nauseated. It is very difficult to sleep so my Doctor prescribed meclizine - it helps the spinning and nausea but also drugs me so much that I can't function and it does not cure the vertigo. I have also tried physical theraphy, but the exercises made me feel much worse. My doctor said surgery was the next option. Then a friend mentioned acupuncture. I called Dr. Linden and she was able to see me the next day. The procedure was painless and relaxing - I was a little skeptical upon leaving her office since I really didn't feel much better. However, that night I was able to lie down and I didn't get dizzy at all! I was able to sleep all night and woke up feeling great. I highly recommed acupuncture for the treatment of BPPV.

West Nile Virus
I've been using Microcurrent Therapy for almost a year. It has changed my life. I contracted West Nile Virus in 2004 and have been recovering since then. The virus almost killed me and destroyed my immune system in many different ways. For the last six years I've tried many treatments but this has given me my energy back and treated me on a cellular level which I believe kills the virus. This form of treatment was recommended for my wrinkles and my skin looks really good for a sun worshipper at the age of 56. But the real miracle is how I feel after six years of struggling to have some quality of life again.

Prevention & Blood Pressure
I have been seeing Dr. Linden for a few years now. She was one of the acupuncturists covered by my insurance plan, and this turned out to be a big blessing for me. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she also has a wondeful bedside manner. When she asks ne how I am feeling, it's clear that she really wants to know the answer. Most of the time, my appointments are more of a "tune up", but if I ever have anything going on at all, she eagerly adresses the problem. Her patience is also one of the reasons why I keep going back. There are times when I don't always follow through with what I'm supposed to do (like taking herbal supplements regularly) but rather than judging she gently encourages me because of the benefits I will recieve.
When my husband was having trouble getting his blood pressure under control, he started seeing her, too. He feels very comfortable with her, and he is benefitting from the treatments, too.

Parkinsons
Janet has helped me greatly over the past year through acupuncture to improve my strength and endurance, and also to reduce my tremors and muscle pains. Asthma
Janet Linden is a wonderful caring acupuncturist and woman. She listens to your symptoms and concerns and addresses them gently at a level that the patient can handle. For instance, I can't handle needles. I faint. I know, so why go to an acupuncturist? Well, she is able to treat me with lasers, oils, tuning forks, herbs, and several other methods that don't involve needles. Within six months of treatment I was cured of terrible asthma! I literally couldn't walk less than half a block my lungs were so bad. For five plus years now, I have been asthma free! It is such a blessing to be able to breathe. It is such a blessing to have such a truly amazing doctor!

Neck Pain
Several years ago, I had two car accidents in the span of three months, both times being rear ended. My belief is that acupuncture immediately following each accident kept the injury to my neck to a minimum. However I continue to have some problems with neck tension and pain, particularly in times of stress.
Recently, I had a bout of severe neck pain for which I had one treatment with Dr. Janet Linden. The relief was immediate and held. I was able to go on a planned cross country ski trip several days later, carried a back pack, and drove hundreds of miles without any neck problems. Migraines
I have been plaqued with migraine headaches for as long as I can remember...the fact that I work on computers all day doesn't help this either. But thanks to the combination of acupuncture treatments and herbs that Dr. Linden has me on, the frequency and severity of my migraines has dropped throught the floor! She even showed me some acupressure techniques to do on myself in case I feel one coming on or can't get in to see her right away.
